Who is Chef Davide Spighi?

“I grew up in Northeast Italy, not far from Venice, where my mother came from. My family is a mix of Northern and Southern Italians—my father is Sicilian. From a very young age, I had the chance to learn about the two distinct cuisines from these regions, developing a deep knowledge of their ingredients and cooking techniques. I can remember myself trying to help my mother in the kitchen when I was very young.” – Chef Davide Spighi

Chef Davide attended a hospitality college in the city of Udine, where he earned a degree specializing in Italian cuisine. With a passion for cooking that started at an early age, Chef Davide treats every ingredient with respect and care, ensuring his creations bring joy to every guest.
